Blue And Evil is a British Citizen and Politician, best known for his stewardship of the National Health Service for a number of months.
2011
As a new player, Blue And Evil joined the United Kingdom Worker's Party and their joint Military Unit, 7th Armoured Division. Initially focusing on building an economic base, accompanied by some light military activity with 7th Armoured, he became disillusioned with the game following the collapse of 7th Armoured after the departure of Alfagrem, the Bob Boblo's House PTO of the UKWP, and game changes which made running a factory completely unprofitable without a massive purchase of gold. He left the game in June 2011.
2012
Blue And Evil returned to the game in April 2012, rejoining Every Single One which he was briefly a member of before quitting the game in 2011. He became involved in politics after helping BigAnt with supplying the NHS, who then recommended him for a government position as Minister of Retention in Jamesw's cabinet. Since then, he has held various government positions - including Vice Country President under BigAnt, and Minister of Legislative Affairs under Talon Karrde and has been overseeing the continued running of the NHS.
