Carlitos Choto I (b. Argentina, Pampas, 2 July 2009) is an Argentinean citizen and an active member of the national army.

His original nickname was Whatsupcarlitos
He was the first Argentinean soldier to get the Supreme Marshal rank.

He created the (in)famous group Chotos.
