Joep was elected as the 30th President of the Netherlands. During his term, Netherlands joined GEA as a trial member of EDEN.
Foreign Affairs
Being quite a Francophile (featuring Napoleon on his avatar) he requested to be stationed as ambassador for the Netherlands in 
France, his experience was recognized by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Maartenw, who asked him to become his successor in that job, when he got elected as President.
He has been MoFA for two more times after that, he became President in December.
