Luis Elvis is a citizen of Romania.

He was the ambassador of the country in Italy until he was removed from the office after one week. He became a communist.

Politics

Luis Elvis was a member of Partidul Liberal from November 2012 to February 2013. He was named ambassador of Romania in Italy, taking office on 18 February 2013. A week after that, he was dismiss by the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Elvis was expelled from PL on 25 February. He joined Partidul Comunist din Romania on 2 March 2012. On 16 March, Luis Elvis was named vice-president of PCdR, according with the victory of pArAzIt23. On 29 March 2013, he was named State-Secretary of the Media Ministry, under the minister Ovidiu Sky, former liberal party-colleague.
