The New citizen message is an automated private message that a newborn citizen receives once he/she logins for the first time in the game. The message is sent by the President of the country the player is born in. If the citizen is born in a conquered region, he will get the message of the citizenship country.
The President proposes a low in the shape of a text that will be used as that message. The Congress members must agree on it and is required an absolute majority (50% + 1) for the law to pass. |
