PaulTC, born as Paul T. Craciunescu, was a citizen of 
Romania who started his activity on April 5, 2009. He was a Member of a Romanian Military Unit, 
Garda de Fier - eLAM, former Founding Commander of 
Vulturul Negru and former Party President of Romanian party 
eLegiunea Arhanghelului Mihail. After the v1 version of the game was removed, he left erepublik for approximately 2 years. He re-became an active player in august 2012.

PaulTC started his Political Life by being a Member in eLegiunea Arhanghelului Mihail on the 9th of april 2009, a few days after he created his account. After one month, in may 2009, he became the Party President of eLegiunea Arhanghelului Mihail for the first time.
Under JoaoSatan's administration, he was 
Minister of Education.
Under Valahian and codrincody administrations, PaulTC was 
Minister of Foreign Affairs.
His political career resambles 7 terms as Party President of eLegiunea Arhanghelului Mihail, 2 terms as Minister of Foreign Affairs, one term as Minister of Education, and 22 terms as Congressman.
He also served as vMoFA, vMoD and Councillor in multiple Governments, both in v1 and in v2 versions of the game.

In may 2009, he founded with avalone the Romanian Military Unit Vulturul Negru, as the military expression of eLegiunea Arhanghelului Mihail, and was one of the active commanders of the unit until december 2009.
In december 2012, after some arguments with the new leaders of the unit, he left Vulturul Negru and joined Garda de Fier - eLAM where he served as the Captain of the 1st Regiment of Garda de Fier - eLAM.
