  • January 2012 - February 2012

In early January, he was appointed as Deputy Minister for Information in srg91's Cabinet. PhoenixGreen was also promoted to Vice Party President of the APP soon after which he created the APP forums. He was elected back into the Senate for South Australia and was involved in a highly contested bid for Speaker of the Senate between PhoenixGreen and the Speaker of the time Flatty. After a second round of voting, PhoenixGreen failed to become Speaker and returned to his role as Vice Party President of the APP.

  • February 2012 - August 2012

With Marcos Arolia resigning as APP Party President after a golden age of growth, PhoenixGreen was elected to succeed him. Over the next 6 months PhoenixGreen maintained the APP's position as the largest party and played key roles in electing many of eAustralia's Prime Ministers, as well as securing strong Senate representation for his party. During this time, PhoenixGreen was repeatedly re-elected as Party President, often unanimously. PhoenixGreen also served one very highly controversial term as Speaker of the Senate in which he repeatedly raised legal complaints to the Inspector General about the conduct of then Prime Minister Majester, with varying levels of success.
