Scipio the Great was citizen of UK.
Coming to the UK in early February, Scipio came into contact with Rastari who helped in giving him things to do while he learned about UK. He began mainly by writing articles for Rastari's newspaper, newspaper2, eventually creating his own paper, Vociferator. In March, he became the Political Editor, Bagehot for the celebrated newspaper The Economist.
Politics
After the 5th February Presidential Elections, Rastari offered Scipio an apprenticeship in the Ministry of Migration and Support. As soon as he was able, he became a member of the People's Communist Party. In the following Congressional Elections, Scipio ran for Congress in the East Midlands for the People's Communist Party and won his first congressional seat. He was then made Minister of Migration and Support following the Presidential Elections on the 5th March. He was reelected by the people of the East Midlands during the March Congressional elections.
Following the Presidential elections of 5th April, Scipio was appointed Minister of Home Affairs - a newly created ministry largely involved with supporting and informing the citizens of the UK. After successfully establishing this new ministry, Scipio was made Minister of Information and Education when SaraDroz won her first Presidential mandate.
He was also reelected for a fourth time by the people of the East Midlands. During this time, Dan Fallows stepped down as Party President of the People's Communist Party and named Scipio his successor. Although an unexpected turn of events, it was welcomed.
After the election of Kumnaa Scipio was once again made Minister of Information and Education and then again under the following Prime Minister, Hassan Pesaran.
Scipio did not rerun in the East Midlands during the congressional elections of 25th July but was soon successfully nominated to the House of Lords becoming the Duke of Buckingham.
Military
In his early life, Scipio took part in the Greek Resistance Wars against the Turkish nation and made the rank of Corporal. He also took part in the Belgian Resistance Wars against the UK. In late February he became a member of Alpha Company Squad 3 of the Royal Guard.
Following the Irish/US training wars and the Swedish attack on Germany, Scipio made the rank of Captain.
After his departure from the House of Commons in the July congress elections, Scipio was free to join a branch of the army that did not require him to remain in the UK and so joined the newly formed Royal Air Force.
The Royal Air Force was an experiment by the Minister of Defence, to provide a mid-ground for medium-strength troops before joining the Paras. It lived a short life of just over 1 month, and was commanded by Scipio The Great, Dan Fallows and widdows9000 all within this time. It was merged with the Paras mid-2010 due to economies of scale in commune production.
