Sztandar(Standard, as in flag), previously Sztandarowy (Polish for Bannerman/Standard Bearer), also known as Sztana, is a Journalist, Politician, Soldier, ex-President of Poland.
Economy
Sztandar once owned a weapon factory but hasn't been interested in eRep economy since Plato basically destroyed it. He also does not care about money at all, which is helpful in politics as he's corruption-proof.

Military
Sztandar has never been interested in the serious military, even though he acquired some battle medals and served both as Commander and Captain in his previous military units. Currently, he's a member of Polish Civil Army.
Politics
Sztandar was elected as President of Poland in August 2010. That was a huge mistake since his candidature was a lulzy one and he didn't expect to win at all, so after having a few good laughs (especially during the attack on Podolia) he impeached himself just to participate in the Congressional elections, finishing 1st both in region and country. He also won over 48 other congressional elections and was involved with various governments as a vice president, minister or advisor. However, he has never been interested in a position in Alliance HQ.
Sztandar became president once more in December 2014 during Asteria-Poland war. As there were no allies left, he got his ass kicked several times, but still managed to secure positive outcome through diplomatic measures; although completely outnumbered, Poland retained independence, Congress and several bonuses with an immediate ceasefire in effect.
Media
Sztandar owns the newspaper The High Times. With 11 Media Moguls, he remains the most popular ePolish journalist of all time and one of the most successful authors in the whole eRepublik. His newspaper currently ranks #3 and dropped due to continuous inactivity.
Other
He introduced the Junior character and coined several eRep memes, including A LOT or WE CHEAT THE GAME, WE DO NOT CHEAT OUR FRINDS. Also, he has never bought a single vote or sub for his articles, not to mention obtaining them through system exploits.
