The '''Reserve Division''', led by Colonel [[Komari]] and his Executive Officer Major [[Placeholder]], is where nearly all new soldiers are assigned immediately after completing Basic Training. Here, they are encouraged to actively participate in any action the eUS Military is engaged in. The 3rd Division doesn't offer free weapons to its fighters, but they may still receive weapons from the eUS Welcoming Committee to fight in large-scale battles from eUS soil. While the division is not designed to deploy, members of the Reserve Division are encouraged to fight abroad on their own dime. While assigned, involvement in eUS military actions is be closely monitored, so it is imperative for the soldiers that they follow orders. Here, privates are required to complete a number of tasks which are outlined by their respective platoon leaders.

The United States Training Corps (also known as US Training Corps and eUS Training Corps) is a branch of the United States Military. The USTC is dedicated to the training and mentoring of new recruits and soldiers in the US Military. It is comprised of many new and aspiring faces, as well as older veterans eager to mold those young warriors into the weapons of tomorrow.

Structure

The United States Training Corps is comprised of a Command Staff and in the past had two sub-divisions.

Command Staff

The United States Training Corps Command Staff hands down orders to the entire corps. The General of the USTC, General Samoht Resyk, and his Executive Officer, Lieutenant General Blondeninja, are directly in charge of all operations of the United States Training Corps. They, in turn, take orders directly from the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).

1st Division (Training)

The Training Division, lastly led by Lieutenant Colonel Snorunt30 and his Executive Officer Major Vacnt, was where each new recruit was headed immediately after acceptance into the eUS military. Recruits were given all the tools they need to graduate basic training upon acceptance into the Training Division and assignment to a platoon. This is where basic history, command structure, and how to fight effectively is learned. 'Boot camp' lasts anywhere from one to eight days, and consists of a series of knowledge tests, daily roll calls, forum requirements, and health, happiness and residency requirements used to determine the trainee's grasp of subject matter and their ability to follow orders. After graduation from basic training, most new soldiers are reassigned to the 3rd Division where their training continues.

3rd Division (Reserve)

The Reserve Division was where nearly all new soldiers are assigned immediately after completing Basic Training. Here, they were encouraged to actively participate in any action the eUS Military is engaged in. The 3rd Division didn't offer free weapons to its fighters, but they could receive weapons from the eUS Welcoming Committee to fight in large-scale battles from eUS soil. While the division was not designed to deploy, members of the Reserve Division are encouraged to fight abroad on their own dime. While assigned, involvement in eUS military actions was closely monitored, so it was imperative for the soldiers that they follow orders. Here, privates were required to complete a number of tasks which are outlined by their respective platoon leaders.

Opportunities for Advancement

To advance within the United States Training Corps, you should first make your intentions known to your respective platoon leader. They will forward your request up the USTC Chain of Command and, once a spot becomes available, you will have the opportunity to compete against your peers to fill the post. Once you are vetted and awarded the position, you will be awarded the requisite USTC rank to fill the position.

Once assigned to the 3rd Division, you may also be awarded various ranks based on your drive and ability that are commiserate with your participation in the United States Training Corps.

National Guard, 2nd Division

The United States Training Corps began life as the National Guard, 2nd Division in late 2008. The NG, 2nd Div. was disbanded in May of 2009.

United States Training Division

The United States Training Division was created in May of 2009, following the disbanding of the National Guard, 2nd Division. At the time, the USTD consisted of a single division. It was replaced in October of 2009 by the United States Training Corps.

United States Training Corps

The United States Training Corps was created in October of 2009, following the deactivation of the Training Division. While some claim that the USTD simply became the USTC, it was quite a bit more complicated than that. The USTD had fallen into a state of disambiguation and needed a complete overhaul. The USTC originally carried the USTD name, but it was soon decided that the name did not fit, and the name was changed to the United States Training Corps.
