In 2023, the Congressional elections take place on the 25th day of each month and the Congress is inaugurated two days later, on the 27th of each month. Citizens vote for national party lists instead of individual candidates.

In March 2023, Singapore had 1 region under its control - Singapore City. This meant that a maximum of 10 Congress members could be elected to the Congress. All 10 seats were filled up in this election. Fun fact regarding this election - Nationalist Faction had 3 members at the time, all of them were candidates in the election and all of them got elected to Congress.
