The army was originally built up by two division, Rejimen Gerak Khas (RGK) and Rejimen Askar Melayu DiRaja (RAMDR).

Rejimen Askar Melayu DiRaja is for the for all the soldiers with the strength 8 or below, while Rejimen Gerak Khas is for every soldier with a strength over 8 and at least ten fights.

July 2009

Tentera Darat Malaysia announced on July 23rd that it will now reconstruct. Three new militia were implemented:

  • Tuah Squadron
  • Pasukan Khas Udara (PASKAU)
  • Pasukan Khas Laut (PASKAL)

Due to the lack of the historical documents, it is unsure how long were this militias alive (they were still active in 2010), however a new branch 'The Mudkip Company was active in November 2009 and the commander was Allan_Dobrowolski.
