MPP on the Economy
MPP is very concerned with the rising prices in the Malaysian markets caused by various tax This is unacceptable. If the Malaysia is to survive as a nation, then we must provide affordable food for our citizens. The MPP is dedicated to providing this food, and will push the government to create a non-profit Malaysian National Food Cooperative, which would provide cheap Q1 food for Malaysia. Other sectors of the economy will see reduced or more sustainable tax rates, as MPP will try to foster economic growth.

MPP on Foreign Affairs
Despite our rocky start with our Indonesian neighbors, the MPP wishes to restart relations with Indonesia. We feel that through friendship our countries will both gain an economic benefit. We hope that the Philippines, Indonesia Thailand, and Singapore will join Malaysia in a cooperative, or "Pax Indo-China". With MPP in power, Malaysia will always remain a neutral nation unless it is attacked. War is not in the best interest of Malaysia, and we will never condone the death of New World citizens. MPP does not actively seek an alliance. We are a small nation, but we wish to remain an independent government which acts to aid the Malaysian people. We do not need to fear bombs nor weapons because Malaysia is, and always will be a peaceful country. Finally, we seek to begin to create peaceful relations with every country.

The UPP has not released a platform in quite some time, and I feel its know time to reaffirm our positions and ideology. The UPP is a center-right, libertarian party in the Federal Republic of South East Asia, and strives for a free market economy, neutral foreign affairs and the continued development of our nation.

FRoSEA
The UPP takes the position where the decision of the continuation of the FRoSEA should be given to both the Thais and Malaysians, where consent must be given by the majority of both groups. The UPP believes that if required, a constitution or contract between the Government and the people of the union should be made in order to guarantee the rights of both groups and of the individuals. The FRoSEA should strive for equal opportunity and development among all the groups of the union, in a multicultural environment.

Economy
The UPP believes in a laissez-faire approach to the economy. The economy should be made up of private companies, with the four current government training companies. The government should use taxes as a way to help development across the different sectors, to help balance out job opportunities and wages. The taxes on manufacturing companies should have lower taxes, and land companies, which should have higher wages and income should have higher taxes. The FRoSEA should develop all sectors and participate in exclusive exporting to other Sol nations. The UPP would create a program that refund one fourth (1/4) of the gold spent on export licences in order to encourage trade.

In regards with the monetary market, the UPP takes a position where that by free trading, the MYR will be placed at a value that is beneficial to investors, traders and the people of FRSEA.

Foreign Affairs
The UPP takes the position were the FRoSEA should continue with its current foreign policy, remaining in Sol, and not joining any other major alliance. The FRoSEA should maintain a policy of not signing alliances with nations outside of Sol, thus preventing the FRoSEA from being dragged into an international dispute, which may threaten sovereignty. The UPP also obviously supports the continuation of the Sol War Games.
