Foreigners in Chile was a chilean party founded by Meanie Ferret Man on January 15th, 2009, a day later the country was created. It born as El Primero Partido de Chile (The Party First of Chile, in english), which really isn't true as that title it's hold by Partido Nacionalista de Chile, founded a day before. Shortly after, the party name got changed by Meanie, as well as its supposed mission to welcome all foreigners, who felt like "strangers in a strange land". [1]
On January 21th, the foundator resigned to his presidential seat and left back to the USA. Besides the election of 1 congressman on january's elections [2], there isn't more data about what happened within the party, until the middle of february, when some ex-members of the argentinian Movimiento Americano Social joined the party in order to re-fund it in Chile [3], which get officialized when helo12 got elected as party president on february 16th [4], and renamed it.
