The HMS Claymore was formed in June 2011 strictly for the Forum. It was one of two Forum Ships created to build the New Navy community tie into the Navy Games. The HMS Claymore along with its Brother [[HMS Clarent]] were not official ships and their Captains had no additional work as they were not part of the [[Royal Navy]] Command.

HMS Claymore was formed in June 2011 strictly for the Forum.

It was one of two Forum Ships created to build the New Navy community tie into the Navy Games.

The HMS Claymore along with its Brother HMS Clarent were not official ships and their Captains had no additional work as they were not part of the Royal Navy Command.

The First Captain of the HMS Clarent was the hard working active Joe Rooke.
