United States Training Corps
The 3rd Reserve Division was formed by GEN Angelini after the restructuring of the United States Training Corps.
The Reserve Division was where nearly all new soldiers are assigned immediately after completing Basic Training. Here, they were encouraged to actively participate in any action the eUS Military is engaged in. The 3rd Division didn't offer free weapons to its fighters, but they could receive weapons from the eUS Welcoming Committee to fight in large-scale battles from eUS soil.
