Arion Corporation was established on 6th January 2009.

After being established in the newly Romanian controlled Western Siberia, the Oil company Arion-Sibir Oil was established. This was later sold on and a grain company was bought in Serbia, renamed as Arion Zitarice.

After its successful launch in Romania, Arion Sweden was then created and Arion-Sverige Wood was established.
