Backoovan is a citizen of Serbia. He joined eRepublik on 16th of May 2009. He is the party president of Stranka Zdravog Razuma and a proud member of SJeB Force.

He served 7 terms as a congress member in Serbia and was the co-founder of BIA (Serbian inteligence agency). He is current president of Stranka Zdravog Razuma, a top 5 party in Serbia, and this is his 4th term in this position. He has got many friends. He is considered to be very honest and clean-handed.
