A License is an official permit issued to a company by a country granting it formal permission to market goods on the market of the given country.
General Manager have the option of purchasing licenses for their companies in order to legally export goods on a foreign market outside of the country in which the company is located in. Each export license costs 
15 GOLD and it is permanent (it does not expire).
