Ilan Arazi is an Israeli citizen. He's the Duke of Haifa.

Life
Early life in Israel
He was born in Tel Aviv Center District, Israel. He was invited by a Croatian friend. After a help of a few Israeli citizens, he was a member of the Likud Party. But after a few weeks ago he quit the game and was inactive for two years.
Time in the USA
After two years he was active again and Israel was occupied by Cyprus at this time. To follow his Albanian heritage he moved to USA for support the Albanian Unity Party and invited some of his Albanian friends into the game. He got new friends like aLalban, Kris Hasa, Napoleon 54 and more Albanians in game. He was a member of Ultramarines for a short time. He left the USA after Albania was added.
Short time in Albania
This time was very short cause he wasn't very active and didn't know what to do in Albania. In this time he was a member of Partia Nacionaliste (Nationalist Party) and Special Staff of Albania. He got kicked from the MU because of inactivity and so he searched another country to live and decided for coming back to Israel.
Return to Israel
He returned to the Holy Land cause he wanted to help this country. He joined the party iNCi Israel Way and MU Samson. After an invite by Formic he joined to MU Team Rocket. He was one of the first members of the new formed MU and was a member of the party Israeli Workers.
Build up party and MU in Albania
He went back to Albania to take a leading of the party of his friend KlinaDukagjini and he renamed in Partia e Kanunit. And so take the commander place in the MU and renamed in "Plisat". He brought his party after the differences with some members of Partia Nacionaliste on the opposition. Broke with his old friend Kris Hasa and worked together with Albanet. During his party presidency time he grown up the party on the third place. He leaded the MU Plisat and was the owner of MU Albanian National Guard, but later gave it to Enclop for free.
He was and is well known as the leader of the Plisat group, a closed group with Diaspora-Albanians. Has about 15 members. Officially not existing anymore, just as MU.
Before leaving Albania he made peace with Kris Hasa and they became friends again.
Third Aliyah
He retired from all offices in party and military and return to Israel for join Sayeret Matkal, He's a proud member of this most legendary MU. Now he will stay in Israel forever. After the ICA opened a branch in Israel, so he became Member of this MU. A little bit later he became 2nd Commander and divide the place with Hufflepuff aka Judean Princess. He's also captain of this unit!
In the term of April 2012 he was in the Knesset for a few days, but was only for protect Israel from PTO.
On the June term he did candidate again in Haifa district and got a place in Knesset. He supported Joe Franco. In this term many CS seller in Israel were detected with the help of ICA. He was the opponent of ArikAharon and his politics and full supporter of Joe Franco. He supported the declaring Natural Enemy to Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). In this time the Unity Revolution started. The goal of this Unity idea is to unite the splitted nation of Israel and develop to an empire.
Because of inactivity (busy with RL things) he retired again from Knesset. He is on hibernation modus now.
Personality
Mr. Arazi is libertarian with a patriotic touch. He's one of the biggest friends of Israel and always stand with the Holy Land.

- Ilan Arazi speaks fluently (Swiss-) German, Albanian and English. He also knows basic French, Spanish and Italian. And he tries to learn some Hebrew.
- Ilan Arazi's nickname on IRC, Z10N, is in lean on D10S by Maradona. Is meaning the German word of the number 10 (Zehn).
- Somtimes he call himself BattalArazi, in lean on BattalGazi.
- Ilan Arazi's family is only ICA, mostly with Amun Nefer, Padraig, MUFC92 and Hufflepuff.
- Ilan Arazi is in Albania well known as the acting leader of the group "Partia e Kanunit". (not existing anymore)
