Hakaisha (破壊者,Hakaisha) is a Japanese citizen. He was born in Aug 14th 2009 in the city of Maebashi. For most of his life he has lived quitly, mostly keeping to himself. One day he met KITA Ikki who invited him to join the Imperial Sun Party. After joining the party Hakaisha decided to help the JEC making sure no rogue citizen will be able to get into congeress. Once KITA Ikki was elected into office in January 5th 2011 he offered Hakaisha the postion of Sempai-Kouhai Program Director which Hakaisha held till March 5 2011.
