List of presidents of the Philippines

The President of the Philippines (Filipino: Pangulo ng Pilipinas, informally: Presidente ng Pilipinas which is derived from Spanish) is the head of state and government of the Republic of the Philippines. The executive power is vested in the President of the Philippines whose duties include the appointment of the staff of the different executive departments.

Election for President is done every 5th day of the month. An elected President serves a term of a month and can be elected without any term limits.

Since the creation of the Philippines on February 11, 2009, the Philippines has been governed by 28 people in 40 monthly terms.
