Lopez Alvaro de Frias (in Bulgarian: Лопес Алваро де Фриас) is a schizophrenic citizen of Bulgaria, formerly of Spain. According to his second personality, he is a spiritual citizen of Bulgaria. He is a Spanish grandee and is known as the First Count of Frias.

Name
Due to his own incompetence, the name of the First Count of Frias is actually wrong according to Spanish name standards as Lopez seems to be a surname, not a personal one. If fully correct, the name should have been Alvaro Lopez de Frias. In Spanish the name is supposed to be spelled in that manner Lopez Álvaro de Frías

He was born 14 December 2008 to a nobility family in the town of Frías, Castilla y Leon in northern Spain. He is currently 1st Count of Frías since his birth. De Frias is a monarchist supporting the restoration of the Spanish Monarchy. Despite his name and title, Lopez Alvaro de Frias is an ethnic Bulgarian and considers that to be the highest honour on Earth. Since the unfortunate fall of Spain he currently resides in Sofia, Bulgaria.
De Frias has the haunting feeling that he was a little bit dead for several months during his life and plans to publish a book of his memories during that time - Hell from the inside or Advantages and disadvantages of being in hell. However, due to his magical abilities, he managed to revive from the dead just in time to fight for Spain during the invasion of PEACE.
Economy
His manufacturing skill is 7.32. He has been awarded 4 Hard Worker medals but don't be misled - he is a lazy bastard.
Politics
Up to January 2010 the political career of De Frias was hintered since he resides in Bulgaria but had no citizenship and even if he was in Spain, his poor Spanish would have created major obstacles for substantial political development.
After obtaining his Bulgarian citizenship he was enlisted in the Bulgarian Resistance Party which later changed name to Bulgarian Republican Party (which sucks a lot because Lopez Alvaro de Frias is a monarchist and seeing "republican" in the name of the party is rather unpleasant).
Military
Lopez Alvaro de Frias serves in the military forces of Bulgaria, where he earned the military rank of Colonel. He was also awarded 2 Super Soldier medals. In the past he served in the Spanish Army and fought against the PEACE invasion of the country from Castilla y Leon and Andalucia.
Although weak at the time, Lopez Alvaro de Frias tried to actively participate in the just war of the Spanish people against the invaders of PEACE led by Hungary and France in order to give his humble tribute to the glory of the Spanish nation. De Frias led a group of brave Spaniards who defended his hereditary lands around the town of Frias in north-western Castilla y Leon against the superior enemy hordes. After the fall of his home region, he chose to flee to Andalucia to continue the resistance until the very end instead of leaving the country. Thus, he contributed to some more days for the Spanish cause until the region was surrendered to Brazil.
After the treacherous attack of Romania over Bulgaria De Frias was one of the countless Bulgarians that fought bravely and courageously to defend the Motherland. During the brief period of the Romanian occupation, De Frias had to live in Belgrade, Serbia but fortunately he soon had the opportunity to return.

De Frias is too lazy to create his own newspaper for now. As of 9 March 2010, he continues to be too lazy for a newspaper.
