Otus Leucotis is a former President of Finland. He was born in February 2011 in Finland, but in March 2012 he took citizenship of United States for bonuses and joined to the United States Armed Forces. He went temporarily back to Finland in April 2012 for precidency, and in January 2013 to join a mercenary unit "Mossad".
