Scrouch was born in Auvergne, France, on Aug 01, 2009.

He joined a french militia called Bras Armé Français, B.A.F., in order to fight against Spain during the occupation of his country.

He traveled around the world helping many countries (ATO, RWs, Wars ... ). On May 2010 he became a Peruvian citizen hard-fighting a TO-project/Invasion beside Peruvian forces Bataillon Huascar.

He became Congressman (26 November 2010 – 25 December 2010) for his native region, Auvergne and helped the french "MinInt" (Home Secretary) during this month.

Scrouch decided to leave France, joined United Kingdom and applied for UKAF. He spend 10 months as an UKSF/UKEF soldier.

After the "October-November 2011 French Babyboom" he planned his come back in eFrance in order to help his old first fellowship BAF.

Currently citizen of the USA under Ultramarines flag's and helping to prevent Serbian PTO.
