United Kingdom/Statute Book/Migration Scheme
This scheme was approved by Parliament on 16th July 2008.
The main aim of the migration scheme is to encourage citizens to move from London to other parts of the E-uk in order to ease the strain on running London and to increase the population sizes of other E-uk regions. The principle of migration will be of particular importance when the next version of e-rep is installed.
Our target for the migration scheme is to stabilise the population of London to 250 by the 20th of August.
In order to do this the government will:
* Subsidise moving tickets for citizens moving from London * Create competitions for citizens to move from London, giving them a prize * Have mayors advertise and encourage citizens into their regions
