Vigil Vox is a citizen and a politician in Ukraine.
He is known for being the first Minister of Foreign Affairs of the independent Ukrainian state after a long period of foreign rule. He also was a President of Ukraine in December 2009 and one of the three signatories of The Entente declaration and Charter (along with the presidents of France and Italy).
