My idea: debates are important - you can call them special.

Result: the separate box for them --- you can choose any color and format for them, but I wish only three things:

• to be non-collapsed;
• to be separate from the rest;
• to point out that two of them are still open for discussion.

I see, but did you have to use that tacky table to separate it? Also, the collapsiblity is almost entirely pointless when it's within a box with a fixed size.

Do it... I want that (with each change) we get a little closer to this.

They use there two tables (single row, two colums):

• http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Bar4/introduzione/bozza - this is the header;
• the second table is made out of:
  • a div composed of multiple boxes like these ones: http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:FinestraHome3b
  • and http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Bar4/box/bozza.

It took me a while to discover this little tiny thing.
