Jamie Carter was born on 12th February 2009 in the United Kingdom.
During the Premiership of JerryGFL, Jamie was ambassador to Romania under the orders of Sara.Droz (who at the time was Minister for Foreign Affairs). His placement only last a week due to a request for help by someone living in the newly liberated Moldova. Once there he helped rebuild a nation by setting up companies and establishing the first bank since the take over by Romania.
