Celio Azevedo was a right-wing politician, who decided to leave the New World a long time ago[1]. Celio lived in Portugal, Brazil, and lastly was living in Romania. He rebuilt the ePCB, being party president in 2012.

Politics
In April of 2012, Celio Azevedo decided to retire from politics indefinitely, until things get better for newer political parties. He has lived in Portugal being congressman of União e Progresso party. During his stay in Portugal, he was also a party member of the Partido Militar Português party.
Celio was leading the creation of the first Liberal (For a Free Capitalism) party in Romania, and he was supposed to be in his way with Romanian Liberal Party where he was the party president. Celio Azevedo was in the Partidul Liberal of Romania, where he became congress member one time in this new and current account, with new ideas, changing them for the classic liberalism. On 26 June 2016, Celio Azevedo founded a new right-wing party, Partido Liberal Conservador - PLC, in Brazil. After that, he took a break.
