Biography
Blair Kelly began getting involved in eRepublik, by becoming a citizen of eIreland on the Friday, 13th February 2009, Day 451 of The New World. He had several interests including politics, business and economics. He currently was a member of the Irish Socialist Republican Party party and was a resident of the Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Kelly is regarded to be one of the top business minded citizens to emerge from the 'Baby Boomer Revolution', which was a period from January 2009 to early March 2009, where many citizens joined Ireland each day. Many other 'elite' citizens to emerge from the population boom included Blair Kelly's business and political partner Starks Hayter.

Aspiration Org
Blair Kelly is a co-owner of Aspiration Org, working along side with Starks Hayter. Aspiration Org owns Aspiration Arms, a subsidiary weapons company, which produces Q1 weapons for the Irish market. Arguments started over the organisation, as Starks Hayter believed Blair Kelly was interfering in company business.
Phoenix International Corporation
On the 1st of April 2009, Phoenix Int was founded and funded by Blair Kelly. Phoenix International's headquarters is located in the capital city of Dublin, Ireland. The organization owns subsidiaries including a Iron company abroad in Podolia, Romania, called Phoenix Int Iron. This weapons company produces and sells Q1 Iron on the raw materials market in Romania and to private buyers.
Political Activity
At the current time, Blair Kelly is a member of the ISRP (Irish Socialist Republican Party).
Mass Media
On the 27th May 2009, Blair created the newspaper 'eTime Magazine', in which he has currenlty posted several articles with regards politics, business, and the eIrish economy.
Military
He wass currently enrolled in the Irish Defence Force in the 1st Semi Mechanised Division. He has been involved in combat as of the 6th May 2009, when the President of Ireland declared war games on the United States. Since then, he has been involved in such war games.
