Jules deMalt is a reporter, singer, philosopher, filmmaker and generally a nuisance to everyone. Believed to be the incarnation of Julio de Matos, that theory was shortly debunked with Jules deMalt stating for the record: "Julio likes cupcakes better. I, for one, care less for them"[1].

Jules deMalt was the second commander of Euphonix's tomb honor guard, Vanguarda Euphonixiana (Euphonixian Vanguard), a perfect place due to his ascetic roots. Jules was serving in 1st regiment.

A longtime member of Velhocracia, Jules deMalt ran for president of Partido Monárquico do Povo Português in September 2016. Upon winning he changed the name to P.E.I.D.A., a pro-lulz anarchist party bent on achieving the position of one of the top five parties in Portugal.
Later on he rejoined Velhocracia.
