Kartalon was a citizen of Spain since April 22, 2008.
He was eRepublik Ambassador. 
An official Ambassador Program was a one-time program in eRepublik, to honour those players who contributed the most for propagating eRepublik, and in general help the improvement of the game experience by translations and added programs.
He is the Press director of La Voz de Erepublik. This newspaper was ranked in top ten newspapers in Spain during 2008.
