Unite the Union was the biggest Trade Union in the United Kingdom.
Description
The official Trade Unions were first set up in August 2008 by the People's Communist Party (PCP) and they were:
- Moving industry (leader N/A)
- Housing industry (leader Keitarour)
- Gift industry (leader Bob Boblo)
- Hospital industry (leader N/A)
- Weapons industry (leader Nick Appleton)
- Food industry (leader Sean Phillips)
Sadly, they were ineffective due lack of participation. At the PCP, they believed that unions could work, but it was necessary that the government was not involved. Trade Unions were a separate organisation from the government, and should have their own rights and movements.
Unite the Union was a reinvention of trade unions where as many people as possible were to get involved. Every day it could have been heard of citizens who were underpaid and could barely afford to buy food, let alone weapons or save up for a house. This was where Unite the Union could help; they strive for all citizens to have the right to a fair wage and working conditions.
