Rock Mongler was around since the early Beta days, when 
Pakistan dominated the Asian land mass. Rock was the only mayor of Jiangxi, and then twice a congressman of Pakistan for Stardust Crusaders and Diamond is Unbreakable. He was a member of The 300.
Rock was once the writer of the Pakistani Geologic Survey, but the newspaper was lost when Rock travelled to 
Germany to defend it from 
Swedes. The loss of Germany and his newspaper stopped him from writing, although he had around 10 of the provinces of the Holy Empire of Pakistan surveyed at their peak.
In total, Rock was a four-time Congressman.
