Shadark Vi Britannia is a citzen of Spain. He served one term as congressman of Balearic Islands. He is a member of the Partido Otaku Nippon, and now its Party president. He was the Minister of Communication in the Government Program of Folker, AKA ThaiDragon. He is an active politician, but his strength isn't high enough to fight with dealing high damage, so he release in a second term and watchs the situation from the backstage. He owns the Organization Orden de los Caballeros Negros and [[Culto del Geass, both related with the anime Code Geass (one of his inspirations for the game, the other is Neon Genesis Evangelion).
