Basics

Andreas Moe is a fairly old Norwegian player, who has been in the Norwegian congress several times and the Czech Republic congress once during their communist revolution. He is the current vice president of Norway.^[1]

Early life

Andreas was largely inactive during this time but he did read articles and joined the Binary Party.

He ran for Binary Party in the November 25, 2009 congress election.
