Ciaran CheXavier was a politician from Ireland who served the country in many areas. He has served 7 Terms in the congress, and three terms as Mayor Of Limerick, Shannon from June 21 to August 20, 2008. He also has led the Ministry of Defense for two terms on his own under President ImaNewbie, and one term with Igor Thunderbrow as his Co-Minister appointed by President 5n4keyes. Ciaran's death was discovered on June 3, 2009, though it is believed that he died much earlier.
During the Month of Troubles when Romanian mercenary Victor Petrescu and Ireland Reborn had taken Ireland, Ciaran CheXavier was the first to release The Proclamation and ran the Army under the new Provisional Government of Ireland which was also led by ImaNewbie. A month later he assisted ImaNewbie in regaining the Presidency.
Immediately after V1 was launched this ambitious congressman passed the 2 laws he proposed the maximum amount of laws a congressmen can in one term. One of those laws was the new Housing Tax agreement which was aimed at increasing the employment and production in the housing industry as to ease the housing shortage hurting the Irish people.

Congress Election Speech
I Ciaran CheXavier am re-running for a position as a congressman of Ireland for my I believe 8th mandate. I have been involved in Ireland and its political scene since my birth in this great nation. Doing my duty for Ireland First under the many different presidents Ireland has had in my terms in congress, i believe i have done my best and made some kind of difference within this place we all call home. I believe i have the experience and the proper intentions to continue to do more good for this nation and hope that you will entrust me with another term and the chance to do my duty to our nation.
Goals:
- Continue to attempt to reform the tax structure as I believe it to be incomplete at this moment in time.
- To carry the voice of the Shannon citizens to the president and keep them informed and updated on their concerns.
