Citoyen Vigneron is a citizen of France, who was born at the beginning of February 2022 in the north of France.
Overview
After being involved in war, he decided to move to the south of his nation, exactly in Toulouse, and here he started his small business. He decided to keep working in agriculture -he had a small farm up in the north- by creating the "Chateau CV Grand Cru Classe", an holding regrouping more activities linked to food production.
At the same time, he decided to create also a newspaper, called "Le Siecle - Directeur CV" (from french "The Century"). Since then, CV has been known as the way Citoyen Vigneron uses to sign its messages by abbreviation.

Political Career
Citoyen Vigneron firstly joined l'Entente des Libres Penseurs, inspired by the liberality of the name of this political party. Sadly, at the time the party was living an internal fracture, that in few time lead to the instability, tyranny and to an internal Purge.
In March 2022, All Might, President of France, decided to assign to Citoyen Vigneron its first national assignment as Deputy Minister of Information in the Ministry led by Hitoyoshi. For April 2022, the assignment is renewed and the same happened in May 2022, even if the Country Presidency passed to Totood The Second. In June 2022, under the presidency of Eldgo44, Citoyen Vigneron is nominated Minister of the Information. For July 2022, elected President Misterdo asked CV to bring on the job but he refused in order to invest more time for the activities of the Guild of Free Journalists (GFJ).
In September 2022, CV take control of a small political french party. It became the base of the new political party "Pourquoi Pas?", that will be very useful to him in the next month. In October 2022, Citoyen Vigneron decided to participate to the Presidential elections in France. In order to try to take back to life the political module of the game, he made a true campaign, even if its possibility to win were low since the beginning.
