The organisation was created in June 2009 by Anthony Colby.

Purpose

Colby Enterprises was created to facilitate the creation and management of V1 raw materials companies, specifically Colby Grain, a grain company in Chuquisaca and Tarija. On October 15, 2009 Colby Enterprises aquired a quality one oil company in Indonesia which became Colby Oil.
