Geography

An oil rig at Sumatra, Indonesia

Indonesia consists of 7 original regions. When the war module was released, Indonesia immediately captured Australia and shortly after, South Africa. Indonesia proceded into Argentina on November 2008, but a peace treaty was signed after Argentina joined PEACE GC. On February 2009, Indonesia region-swapped Thai, Indian, Pakistani, Iranian, and Chinese regions in order to get a border with Romania at Western Siberia. After a long war, Indonesia has victorious and is now in control with almost all of Asia. On July 2009, Indonesia, with other PEACE GC members, invaded North America. Unlike other members, Indonesia was going without activated MPP's. Indonesia captured 10 regions from Hawaii until Mississippi, but USA + EDEN successfully removed Indonesia from North America on September 2009. From then, Indonesia gradually started losing its territories. On October 2009, Indonesia returned Western Siberia to Russia whilst an EDEN Supported resistance war shortly thereafter returned Western Australia to Australia. This triggered a mass liberation from the Indonesian President which returned many Chinese, Indian and South African territories to their original owners. Between December 16 and January 1, USA captures Fujian, Guangdong, Xinjiang, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka from Indonesia. USA returned all of those territories to their original owners with the exception of Karnataka, which is turned into a temporary military base. On January 23rd 2010, Indonesia region swapped with Argentina, giving them Western Cape, and a day later, Northern Cape was lost to South Africa after a failed invasion. Indonesia is now back to its original regions.

Indonesian Population Growth, beta version
Indonesian population distribution, January 2010

At the old times, some citizens also come from neighboring Malaysia and other non-existent Asian countries. After Australia was taken over by Indonesia, several Australians stayed, which further added to the population. The same has happened, albeit only in part, to South Africa as well. With a few South African citizens staying in their conquered territories.

The first population boom in Indonesia started at December 15th, 2007. The second population boom started during and after the Indonesia-Australia War, in mid April 2008.

At the old time Indonesia was also home to various allies such as Hungary and Serbia. Hungarian came to Indonesia after Hungary itself was ambushed by Romania at the time of WW1. While Serbs came to Indonesia after their babyboom which results in a mass unemployment, etc. By the time both country finishes off their problem, they goes back to their home, resulting in a decrease of Indonesian population.

Indonesia's population declined starting from the loss of California in September until President Wonder Forward's term in November, when Indonesia's population started to stabilize and increase following the emigration of foreign allies and the subsequent babyboom.

Currently the population of Indonesia mainly consists of Indonesian, and is also home to various citizens from various countries and non-existent countries.
