Elveon has been eborned on May 9th, 2008. In first time in eRepublik he was civilian with no especial military nor political ambitions, but later, he decided to do something more and for first time in his eLife he become member of eSerbian Congress and after that, evem more important to him, a member of an military unit. Guardian Angels was the name.

At the beginning of this Guardian Angels (GA) chapter, he realizes that this environment suits him and that he wants to contribute to progress of GA. Therefore, he accepted the proposal of promotion to officer in charge of units logistics.
