ExoM7 has been a eCitizen since day 88. He served for seven months as Mayor of Tennessee, and left after acquiring a hospital for the area. He moved to Japan, and helped to found the now-defunct Team Rocket party. Afterwards, he was a key part of the socialist movement in South Korea. He has formed and sold off various companies using the General Materials Incorporated organization account.

ExoM7 was the first member to discover the experience glitch with uploading avatars on January 20, 2009, and gained many thousand experience points. He was reset back to his normal amount on the 22nd, however.

ExoM7 is currently a permanent resident of Singapore.
