Creating a page for my newspaper

I am looking to create a page for my newspaper but I can't find how to make a page from scratch. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.

You can always use {{Newspaper}} to add basics about your newspaper and add few sentences about the newspaper, where and what do they publish, maybe links to the few good articles... --AndyCro Do you need assistance? Then ask me! ;)) 19:57, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
