Russia and its allies conquered Washington, marking the first fall of any of USA's contiguous 49 (DC) states. Russia then immediately attacked Montana. France and its allies conquered Nunavut, a high diamond region of Canada, then moved on to New Brunswick.

Brittany was returned to France by the United Kingdom through a resistance war.

Resistances begin in Dnipro (Hungary) and Southern Basarabia (Romania) while various other distraction resistances end.
