The International Institute for Political and Economic Research was founded in London, UK on 24 August 2009 by Director Chris Stanwick. After negotiations with British Prime Minister Hassan Pesaran, the IIPER will be hosted on the UK forum. The Institute is structured into two divisions, Political Research and Economic Research, and is governed by the Board of Trustees. As an international organization, the IIPER does not answer to any national government or supranational alliance, and provides information to any government or organization despite alignment.
