Also it is elect as Congressmember for Charrua, Uruguay for the same party On February 25, 2010. Finally March 5, 2010 is a candidate for the presidency of Uruguay though it loses before Charrua3 of the Partido Demócrata Nacional in alliance with the Partido Demócrata Uruguayo.
It returns to Argentina On March 22, 2010 where it affiliates to the Party Progreso eArgentino where he is an elect Congressmember in Argentine Northwest.
