Lex Scandalex was born Day 541 in Pennsylvania, USA.
Lex was a member of the United Independents Party (UIP) since June 1st, 2009. He was an employee at Scandalous Airways, a moving ticket company, as the companies General manager/Owner.
During the June 2009 USA Congressional Elections, Lex was the campaign manager of Chris Stanwick, who was the Congressman for the state of Alaska. On July 15th, following Joshua Hoss's successful campaign to become the UIP President, Lex became the UIP Chief of Public Relations. On 26 July 2009, Lex was elected Congressman from the state of Delaware, as UIP's candidate.
