Nefarious is a citizen and former politician of Canada. He was a Congressman of Canada for eight terms between July 2008 at January 2009 and again for a final time between February 2012 and March 2012. During Beta he also served as Mayor of Ottawa before the position was removed in V1. He also served in various Cabinet roles including Vice President of Canada, Alliance and Foreign Affairs Minister, and Industries Minister.
