Raepdog was born in United States of America where he quickly joined the ranks of S.E.E.S. He didn't waste time and in his first two weeks of existence, he had become a Congressman under SEES. The activity from Raepdog lately however seems to have decreased to zero, showing that he may have just quit or is taking a break.
